Affiliate program terms

Commission

You earn 30% of the product price paid (excluding tax, shipping and discounts applied after checkout) on the first order from each new customer you refer.

You earn 10% of the product price paid on every subscription rebill from that customer, for as long as the subscription remains active and your partner account is in good standing. Recurring commission ends if the customer cancels, or if your account is closed for a breach of these terms.

Tracking

Sales are credited through your unique link or code. We use a 60-day cookie window and last-click attribution. Orders without valid tracking, or where your code was applied by someone outside your promotion, may not be credited.

Payouts

Commissions are approved after the 60-day refund window for each order and paid Net 30 after approval, by PayPal, bank transfer or Payoneer. Minimum payout is $50; smaller balances roll over.

We may hold back up to 10% of pending commission as a reserve for refunds and chargebacks. Commission on refunded, charged-back or fraudulent orders is reversed.

Promotion rules

No bidding on VITA PRO-AGE brand terms or misspellings in paid search. No medical, drug or cure claims — our products are cosmetics. No fake reviews, fake scarcity or invented testimonials. No incentive, adult, toolbar or cookie-stuffing traffic. Email only to opt-in lists, in line with CAN-SPAM.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in line with FTC Endorsement Guides (for example, #ad or "I earn a commission").

Self-referrals and fraud

Purchases by you, your household or accounts you control do not earn commission. We may suspend accounts and withhold unpaid commission tied to fraud or rule violations.

Changes and termination

We may update commission rates or these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Either side may end the partnership at any time; approved commissions earned before termination for reasons other than a breach will be paid out.

Relationship and liability

You are an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes (US partners provide a W-9; we issue 1099s where required). Our total liability is limited to commissions owed to you in the prior 3 months. Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration under the governing law stated in our Terms of service.
