Help & FAQ

We prepare and inspect every bundle by hand, which takes 2–3 business days. Once it's on its way, US orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days, and international orders within 7–14 business days. The moment your parcel ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you always know where it is.

In the US, shipping is free on orders of $75 or more and on every Subscribe & Save delivery; smaller orders ship for just $5.99. For Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, tracked international shipping is added at checkout. You'll always see the exact amount before you pay — no surprises.

We proudly ship to all 50 US states (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses), Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. If your country isn't listed at checkout yet, we'd love to hear from you — it helps us decide where to go next.

For international orders, your country may charge import duties or VAT/GST when your parcel arrives. These are set by your local authorities and aren't included in our prices, so we recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering. US orders never have customs fees.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. If you're ordering from abroad, your bank or card provider converts the amount automatically at its current rate.

Simply tap the tracking link in your shipping email. You can also sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout to see your order status at any time — no password to remember.
